@harleyweir is a real fighter, and she decided she wasn’t going to let the male point of view condition her. She has come up with her own language that is both poetic and biting, from dreamy to realistic. She is aware of the disadvantages of being a women, but she also knows that it is a great privilege. For the @クレージュ Resort 2020 campaign – with the emblematic title of ‘Herself’ – she shot a series of self-portraits. ‘I hadn’t done a self-portrait in years, but I was ready, and I thought it would be fun. Though I was in the comfort of my home in London, I wasn’t wearing my own clothes in these photos, and I was interpreting different characters.
