Swipe to the next pic for picture date confirmation. I was about 180lbs in this pic. Now I’m 200lbs shredded. That’s only a 20lbs increase in 8 years, which is 2.5lbs of lean muscle gain a year. Natural bodybuilding is slow but I promise you it’s worth it.
