lorrainekawasaki @fanyu.pony to be honest I don’t know and I personally don’t care. I simply enjoy watching this handsome young man do absolutely beautiful performances. He is just a good and cool guy. Besides for me it’s more important he is going to Yale and get a degree and be someone that will improve and enhance our lives, the real gold would be if he becomes a doctor. Besides the big three sports in our country is NBA, NFL, and MLB and then there is the rest and figure skating is minor. I’m a huge golden state warrior fan. But I also believe there is a lack of vision, involvement and promotion. Sponsors go for the big sports in our country. So I would never put the burden on Nathan Chen he is doing enough, just making me smile when he performs.

lorrainekawasaki @fanyu.pony I believe he is doing enough in USA, don’t forget he is going to Yale. Also let’s be real figure skating is just big in Asia. USA has to step it up on the quality of skating shows. SOI is no wear near the quality of ATS.

fanyu.pony @lorrainekawasaki Yuna and Javi made figure skating popular in their countries. Yuzu increased popularity worldwide. Why can Nathan not do it in his own country and only take advantage of the work of others?
