irene_m.s I knew you shared a tutorial on how to make a vegan egg, but when I saw the picture I got so confused so I looked through the comments 😂 I often just have tofu scramble or a vegan omelet (made with chickpea flower) when I'm in the mood for something like eggs, but I will try your recipe soon too because fried eggs used to be one of my favourite things to have on toast!
