Picnic night! My plum tree is filled with beautiful vibrant red plums, so I made my Salted Caramel Plum Tarte Tatin from my cookbook, Kitchen Revelry. Fancy name for a pretty easy recipe. Plums have a lot more juice than apples, so be sure to take out some of the juices before it sets! And save as a syrup for another time. I enjoy fruit tarts although I haven’t had one in quite some time. I usually pick up a strawberry pizza which looks similar to your plum tart only with strawberries.

@alilarter I'd make kompot? Can mix in a little vodka or if its a really hot day then use it to dilute wine so don't get dehydrated.

I love plum sauce on barbi Pork Ribs basted with Black Bean sauce. Not healthy but yum. 😁🌹
