Seven years. 13 miles. 22 samples.
Our Curiosity rover has come a long way since touching down on Mars seven years ago. It has traveled a total of 13 miles (21 kilometers) and ascended 1,207 feet (368 meters) to its current location. Along the way, Curiosity discovered Mars had the conditions to support microbial life in the ancient past. And the rover is far from done, having just drilled its 22nd sample from the Martian surface.
Curiosity captured this 360-degree panorama of a location on Mars called “Teal Ridge” on June 18, 2019. Click the link in the bio for more info ⬆️

@bang_bang508 what possible things are hidden by the flat earth? Also it technically wouldn't work with time zones, because the sun would be orbiting around a certain point insignificant to the rest, (the centre) I know it seems important, but that's not how gravity works, at all. And don't say the sun would orbit around the moon, because they have a lot of distance between them, as proven by the ability to see the moon clearer than you can see mercury/Venus.

Climate change deniers in Washington D.C., Russian wing aisle side of line divide could learn a bit usefulness from Curiosity's journey. Hey, I got an idea! Why not send them all out there not to learn, they simply won't but just because! Make MAGA a promise kept because they've all left! Hip Hip Hooray!

Polution causes rashes on peoples skin. Are the people working for NASA surely ready for mars exploration? I feel as if the colonization on mars will bring on forth more pollution, and that the mars colony will collapse all together from the pollution of the factories they're trying to build.

Nah that is for real crazy how vivid it is. I never understood all fantasies about sustainable living conditions for human life on Mars until I looked at this photo. I instantaneously understood. It's so alien yet so familiar. Maybe one day this will be a not so alien planet.

I find it amazing how you say you reached the moon with technology that is far more basic than the very device I am holding in my hand to type this right now. I don’t believe it. And if anyone believes it, they’re fools.
