Every time I’m at a low, somehow you pop into my every thought and your videos come up in my feed. And for some reason, insanity max 30 is the only workout that gets me. That pushes me. That makes me find my self love and inner strength again. Thank you for kicking ass! Thank you for helping thousands of us, find ourselves again.

iamlauriesomma I am literally crying. YES!!! I thought I failed so many times because people see this fat chick and they think I'm supposed to do these programs and be skinny. We are all individuals. I haven't ever been skinny. That's not my goal. My goal is to be healthy and keep loving myself at every size. Thank you.

matt_london_413 Just got done working out. I'm watching my t25 infomercial from 2013 to get me extra pumped up. I always watch it after my workouts while i'm making my steak, yams, shake, and everything else. Pumps me up. Gets me motivated to set more PRs. What are you up to all day Sean?
