Ad | What would you tell your 17 year old self? I know what I would tell mine.
Babygirl, you have so much ahead of you. Life is a collection of peaks and troughs and you are going to live through the most euphoric highs, you are going to laugh until your belly tells you to stop and meet people who feel like sunshine, stay close to them. You are going to go through situations which make you feel sick to your stomach, you are going to hurt emotionally and feel pain…but you are going to persevere, you are going to rise strong, put one foot in front of the other and thrive. You don’t need to have an exact sense of who exactly you are because every single day you are evolving, through the people you talk to, the places you go and the way you choose to react to everything you touch in life. You will change forever after having a little girl, in ways in which you never even dreamed.
You are energy. What you put into the world will come back to you, so you keep on being that bubbly, giggling girl who bares no judgement on others and who chooses to see the good. The world will need more of that than you will know.
@skyatlanticuk new show #Euphoria (Starring Zendaya 🙌🏽) got me thinking about what I would tell my younger self, to get through my younger years with the pressures and stresses of this digital age. Would you give any added advice? 📱🤔

•You’re good enough. Anyone who tells you different is just a *€#¥*. •If you want something, just ask. The worst thing anyone can say in response is no. •Don’t let anyone ever tell you your dreams are out of reach. Only YOU know your full potential. •Fear is a wolf. Chase the wolf, and you’ll never be afraid of the things you once feared. •Smile more, worry less. Positivity is infectious, and happiness is a choice. •Life is called a “rat race,” but remember that it’s a marathon and not a sprint. •Don’t ever judge yourself in comparison to others. Instead, judge yourself against what you know you’re capable of. •Don’t think so much. Sometimes it’s OK to just BE. •Don’t let the highs get too high or the lows get too low. The key to happiness lies in the balance. •Listen to all advice and criticism that comes your way, but know when to ignore it completely. •Happiness isn’t just the most important thing in life; it’s the only thing that matters. •Learn to accept the unconditional love you deserve, and to give it tenfold in return.

I would tell her not to worry, even if she’ll make mistakes, meet the wrong people, take some bad decisions and be disappointed because it will be so insignificant compared to all the great people she’ll gather around her to help her face life, that she’ll find the love of her life and be so happy with him, that she’ll have to male choices for her and that it’s ok not to be perfect, she has the right to take her time and make mistakes because... what would life be without it?

I’d tell my younger self to not worry so much about what other people thing. And to stop comparing myself. I’d tell myself that she is worth it and needs to treat herself with the respect she deserves @rachelsazonick
