beau_frere_de_yoan_ Recette tarte aux pommes Ingrédients 1 pâte feuilletée pur beurre 500 g de compote de pommes 4 pommes 25 g de beurre 2 sachets de sucre vanillé Cannelle en poudre Acheter les ingrédients Matériel Four traditionnel Moule à tarte Préparation ÉTAPE 1 : Éplucher les pommes, couper en 2, retirer le coeur et les pépins. Couper en quartier puis en fines tranches. ÉTAPE 2 : Étaler la pâte dans un moule à tarte. Piquer la pâte. ÉTAPE 3 : Étaler la compote dans le fond. Superposer chaque tranche de pommes en cercle le long du bord, puis un 2ème et pour finir mettre quelques morceaux en corolle au centre. Saupoudrer avec le sucre vanillé. ÉTAPES 4: Abonne toi à @beau_frere_de_yoan_ ÉTAPE 5 : Ajouter le beurre en petits morceaux bien répartis sur la tarte. Ajouter pour finir la cannelle comme pour poivrer un plat, selon son goût. ÉTAPE 6 : Enfourner à four préchauffé, à 200°C pendant 25 min.
