I’ve Been in countless gyms all over the country from being on the road for so many years. And I can honestly say I have never found a place like @dogpound. It’s hard to explain. But the energy in there coupled with the vast knowledge the trainers have makes it so unique. Dogpound has completely changed how I look at working out! Its changed how I train on my own & it’s sparked something new in me that I seemed to have lost overtime. I don’t know how @kirkmyersfitness created such a place with energy like that. And it’s NOT on accident because the new West Hollywood location has the exact same vibe as NYC! 🤯 That’s insane! If I had to guess it’s probably because of who Kirk is as a person & people see how genuine he is & it then rubs off on everyone around him. The environment is contagious & you can not wait to carve time out of your day to workout! Monotony is just not a thing when you walk thru those doors. I’ve learned so much from all of the trainers who I now can call my friends. 🖤 Not one person is pretentious or egotistical & if there is ANY place that could possibly be like that, due to the clientele, it is there.
