Today was special for a lot of reasons... not only was it our 3rd annual @beamqueenbootcamp in Indiana, but it’s our 24th #BQBC ever 😱 annnnd my home gym @deveausgym dedicated the beam area to me!

When I saw this banner for the first time, sooo many memories flashed in my head... the first time I did a standing full on high beam, my terrible fear of series, the millions of routines I did on this end beam (my beam for so many years) and so many more. This is my home, so it’s a crazy feeling to have it all come full circle. I learned so many life lessons here and now I get to pass on what I’ve learned to the next generation.

I loved beam but had my quirks when it came to what beam I wanted to do certain skills on. Depending on whether I wanted to face the floor or face the bars during my routine. I love that you’ve been teaching skills all around the country and sharing the passion of gymnastics. I remember stopping during the middle of practice to watch you compete in the Olympics and it was so inspiring. Thanks for all you do

Congratulations 🎉! My daughter, @mikayla_marie24 (Pickle), had a great 1st day! Your positivity, along with all the coaches, is amazing and so encouraging! She can't wait for day 2!!
