emrah.kalender We wrote to you buy nobody care it! Hi There I am writing to you to raise my displeasure regarding my last reservation. Today we checked in to the house with my family, however we were very disappointed with the situation with the house. First of all,there was a heavy smell in the house and dust everywhere which was showing that the house was left untouched for quite a while. There was no wi-fi which was a key parameter for us in order to decide to rent a house or not. The house was very hot and the air conditioning at the ground floor was not functioning. I think it was having a technical issue since the start button on the machine itself was not responding as well as the remote . The house seems as not cared much there was even a bird nest in the main bedroom’s ceiling, which I had not never seen in my life. I have small kids and I am really concerned about the hygiene and if that nest contains ant cooties left from the nestlings. The kitchen also lacks some main amenities like having no pot for cooking only small pans. We came here with our family for 13 days and the house is very far away, so it seems we would not manage cooking here . We raised these issues to this host’s brother who had welcomed us, however it is 22 pm at night and he still didn’t come over here to have a fix. As a conclusion we need to leave this house tomorrow and would like to rent another house in a close neighborhood. Accordingly I’d like to initiate cancellation of this reservation with full refund. I can provide all the photos and even videos if required. If you have a chance to look at my history in Airbnb, I stayed at 15 locations at min and I never asked for a cancellation. Of course in each place there had been glitches however we could tolerate this considering the hosts’ positive attitude. I appreciate your quick return if cancellation with full refund is possible so that we will arrange another place via Airbnb and move first thing in the morning. Sincerely Emrah
