oheneba1911 I’m a 37 year retired law enforcement officer. About two months ago, I went to the Starbucks located on Madison in Riverside, California. I placed an order for my drink. The young lady kept asking me about three times and I repeated it. Obviously frustrated, I raised my voice on the third time. When she proceeded to hand me the change, she shoved it rudely into the palm of my right hand. I complained to the manager who appeared to defend her. I asked for the place I could file a complaint. They told me to go online which I did. The lady who took my complaint assured me a regional manager will call me within 48 hrs. I called back 4 days later. They said he might be on vacation. He never called. I asked for the complaint be forwarded to the regional manager he never called. I personally wrote a letter to the CEO, more than a month ago. No one has contacted me. Starbucks is clearly going downhill with rude personnel. I’m have been a loyal customer and patronized it in Europe, London, all over America and South America. And they’ll not deign it within their power to follow their own protocol. I’ve not been back since.

chrisclicksdigital Hey @starbucks what’s the point of paying $5 for a drink that is served with a crappy recycled paper straw that falls apart and I can’t even enjoy my drink!!! Also the cup is Plastic so what’s the point of a paper straw?? Come on guys you gotta do better than this!!
