This is my face right now. I’m about to perform on stage tomorrow doing improv. What the F?! I have learnt so much through this experience. I’ve laughed more than I thought I could, I’ve been humbled more than I’ve ever wanted to and I’ve found places within in me, both light and dark, that I want to explore. I’ve realized that when you run away from discomfort you also run away from joy. For you can’t have one without the other. Am I shit scared?! Absolutely. But I’m also giddy and so proud of myself for not running and standing on my feet. Ok.. wish me luck. I feel like I’m going to throw up. 🤢

christy_c13 Improv is my worst fear as an actress.. it makes me nauseous too! But I completely agree at getting out of your comfort zone. I recently did an improv audition and it went amazing! Didn’t get the part, but it really made me feel like I can do anything I set my mind to now!! 😊
