leaarpellcolor I ordered number 6 And 9 and the full kit. I then went to sephora to sample the two before they arrive and are opened. I have light medium pink undertones with mild rosacea. Both shades are perfection. I have warn them all day and they are great. What is the best way to apply. Brush or sponge ? It’s probably the lightest skin like foundation ever made. Hates off mother Pat 💞

stilettosandblush @false_utopias Ugh. I know it's a big launch but it was difficult getting feedback. I bought the entire system plus an extra foundation just in case so it wasn't cheap but I really like to support black businesses + always spend hundreds of dollars on Pat's products because I like them. I just needed more communication.

mad.hat.tea I ordered day of launch, and it looks like I am not alone in waiting for over a week now with no change in order status. Have contacted via the website, with no real update. If the order isn't going to be fulfilled in a timely manner, then please just tell us rather than leaving us in suspense.

meflt2 @jerlan00 I’m so disappointed. I ordered the morning of the release too. I haven’t been told when it will be fulfilled. I’d feel better if customer service had informed me that there was a delay, as well as, a tentative shipping date. That’s the least they could have done.

vivian.dangerfield @blacklipstickandlace I thought I was the only one. Figured my order got lost. I think it would have been quicker to wait and buy from Sephora and I would have already gotten my stuff. It’s been over a week. I ordered from site for %10 off. Should have waited for Sephora.

this_is__victoria 😩I was so thrilled to order the System everything kit, despite the crazy taxes I pay for it to be delivered to Italy, but 8 days from July 26 the order hasn’t even been shipped 🤷🏼‍♀️ The customer service has no idea either, very disappointed ☹️
