😱 Hands up if this #Matcha #Steamed #Rice #Cake has got you drooling, just like us! Well, if you fancy making this #MatchaCreation at home...simply follow the recipe by @cookat__ below 😋

INGREDIENTS:
1kg Rice Flour
650ml Warm Water
30g Midori™ Matcha
300g Sugar
2 Tsp Salt
.
METHOD:
1. Add 2 Tsp of salt in 650ml warm water and stir until dissolved.
2. Mix 1kg Rice flour, 30g Matcha powder in a bowl and add salted water. Mix well.
3. Sieve through the matcha mix and add 300g Sugar.
4. Spread on the steam pan and steam for about 30 minutes.
