Therapy is a great tool and much needed. I just worry about those who can’t afford it. After reading through the comments, it seems necessary to share resources in the town that you live and that may be free to low cost. This could actually bless somebody. Certainly prayer, worship, being out in nature, and moving your body are all FREE ways that can facilitate healing and shift energy. However, chronic depression or major depressive disorder can indicate a chemical imbalance in the brain and may indeed require the support of a licensed clinician. I pray that everyone who is need and who has been brave enough to ask for help here receives the right help in a timely manner in Jesus Name!🙏🏾

I just didn't want to go any where nor did I wanted to talk to any one. I just wanted to stay in bed. But yes I went to seek help and went to my Pastor and my knees and. Prayed with theraphy God got me throught. God is your Medicine and writing your Jornal and stay around postive people and things that are beautiful and speak good thought because you are beautiful and this strom shall pass. Listen to first Lady for the grace of God has sent you to her.l just wanted to let you know that we all go through and there is a testimony that God will get you through this storm just trust and you will can help some one else for you are that child God through .bless you

mz_bosslife This is so interesting... because it relates to what my daughter has been going through...she was diagnosed first major depression then bipolar... and put on medication, but now since she's seen several therapist....she's found one that started talking about emotions.... and I feel this is the case, because even little she would never express herself, she's been getting better with expressing some past hurts, but it gets turned around in her head and then she starts talking negative about everybody....I'm want her to heal these past hurts, and be able to move forward in life...Pray for her

I have been having them for over a year now and now i know why am having them, but i just having problems letting go of what is making cry everyday and keep feeling the way i do. I know God doesn't want us to hate anyone, but this person has made me dislike them so much thou. I pray about it, but the thought of this person being around and attached to my family. 80sladi Remain faithful and pray. The enemy looks for signs of weakness. He attacks or thoughts & minds which lead to physical illness. Pray earnestly and wholeheartedly, God answers prayers in do time. Believe and pray and you will be healed. Trust me I was there a couple of months ago. I praise God & pray every time the enemy tries to creep into my thoughts.
