bertinexo @airbnb one of the worst customer service i have yet experience!! Your staff completely disregard our safety and left us stranded in the middle of nowhere due to booking issue on the companies end !!!! Your staff was Unprofessional and did not considered our safety as a paramount issue

lindsey_rain94 It could also have roaches hidden in the walls/counter tops, a "super" host who bullies you when you tell them, and customer service reps who don't even refund a full night even though you were living in an infestation 🤷‍♀️🐜🦗🕷🦟 Not quite as nice.
