Seriously, when it comes to your business, body, brain and health you don’t owe anyone an explanation or an answer. Don’t let the entitlement of the world dictate what you feel like posting, saying or looking like. Your journey can be as private or as public as you like and you’re allowed to flip-flop any second you want. You don’t have to post every time you go to the gym (or don’t) and just because someone isn’t posting something, doesn’t mean it isn’t happening.

I was never one for motivational speeches I'd prefer concise goals. Say for example if you were to say, "drop 60 lbs in 3 months, and I'll respect you enough to let you take me out on a date." Clear. Concise. Motivation. Unless you're secretly into chubby men then you can save me Hell of alot of work with a private confession.
