It was awesome finally meeting and hanging out with the real life character I played in Generation Kill almost 10 years ago. @jlil213 is not only a badass and hero but one of the nicest guys I’ve met. Thank you Jason for your service! (Ignore the stain on the ceiling behind us. We’ve had a minor natural disaster in the last couple weeks and it’s not fixed yet but that’s life!)

scmnemama @kellanlutz I have mentioned this to your mom in the past but my brother was in one of the units the the reporter was with during the writing of articles which led to Generation Kill. We unfortunately lost him in a motorcycle accident 4 years ago and miss him everyday. Thank you for your part in this movie. So glad you were able to meet the person you played and so thankful for his service as well
