Today's #WCW is creator, show runner, executive producer, host and STAR @robinthede. Robin is one of my favorite people to hang with on the planet. She is pee your pants funny, and has a love for travel and adventure. She's fearless and compassionate, which manifests in her brand of tireless activism. Her accolades and accomplishments are monumental. She's the first black woman to be a head writer in late night (The Nightly Show) and fourth black woman ever to host a late Night show (The Rundown with Robin Thede). She was also named one of Variety's Top Ten Comics to Watch for 2019. Charity wise, she has been fighting for opportunities for black women writers and POC for the better part of a decade, including spearheading legislation that would create writing jobs in NYC from the NY tv/film tax credit. Her new show @ablackladysketchshow premieres this Friday 8/2! Let us lift her up in the light of goodness and hold her there!
