Cut tomatoes in half add salt.leave for five minutes ,squeeze juice and seeds in a bowl and save for vinegrete .add tomatoes to stale bread.toss toghether with capers and basil,sliced red onion and celery heart.add olive oil and vinegar to tomato and drizzle over 👍
