May 2017 : When disordered thoughts started taking over my life. The reality of this photo was me sucking in my stomach so hard I couldn’t breath and my brother thinking I’m absolutely crazy- moral of the story: Worrying about your body and how people will see it is USELESS. Nobody but you is paying attention to it... and if they are, they gotta go 👋🏻 Let it out, breathe, and remember you are so much more than your flesh. Social media is deceptive. Don’t listen to the lie that you are not good enough or thin enough. Unfollow accounts that do more harm than good. There are a lot of people suffering in silence and promoting a happy healthy life when they themselves are nowhere near it. Here’s to being real, vulnerable, and not giving a single frick what anyone thinks 🥳
