staub_usa @carbonbasedx although our enamel is quite durable- we recommend plastic or silicone. Maybe for ice cream- use a metal scoop at first and as it gets to the bottom/ sides switch to something else!

jackmuel Would love a lid to this that isn't red ceramic. Instead would like the same matte black finish for the lid.
