#welcomebackwednesday as I reminisce about my trip back to my #blueridgemountainroots. Btw, flying info #RDU has a true perk cause the @angusbarn restaurant is on the way and is home to the #wildturkey lounge which has the finest selection of vintage whiskeys and hairsprays anywhere. Hey, alcohol serves many purposes😉 And the enchanted town of #BlowingRock has fed my soul since I was a kid. Speaking of being a kid, when I stopped to photograph the old gas pump, Mom reminded me that as a toddler, this logo was one of the words I was drawn to read aloud...although I was adamant that it was “3-SSO” !
