As someone who has worked in the ophthalmology world for most of her adult life I am thrilled to see you promote the importance of proper eye hygiene. Dry eye effects so many of our patients. The best advice we have is to wash your eyelids, especially where the lashes come out, with a hypoallergenic cleanser approved by ophthalmologist, there are plenty out there, every night along with ten minutes of a warm moist cloth placed on your eyesn and yes rewetting drops. The viscosity being thicker works great for nighttime use but you may want to use something thinner during the day. All artificial tears are not the same and if you're a contact lens wearer be sure that what your using is ok with contacts. Happy healing all!

lita_giambelluca I have very dry eyes! I have Bells Palsy due to a bad cold when I had my son 31 years ago. My eyes stay dry and my left eye is very droopy! I can’t smile because it damaged all of the nerves on the left side of my face😢I sure do miss having a nice smile and pretty eyes. I even had surgery when I was 7 months pregnant with him and he was a real trooper! They had a monitor on him and he didn’t go to sleep, yet I was under for hours. He is my miracle son so perfect! bodinewaterfire This was recommended to me by eye specialist at the hospital (I have EDS-but my eyes are ok -and heart- so I am lucky It is not the severe version!) I never followed up ! ioverthoughtthat If you haven't tried Zatidor you have to! It's otc at drug stores. It's for allergies and helps clean your eyes out. It stings! You will be convinced you got tricked into putting vinegar in your eye... Then your eye feels amazing. (The more often you use it the less it stings.)

mgart99 My goodness! l literally covered my eye & wiped with my the back of my hand while viewing this clip. l assume those drops are very soothing but when I saw the stuff going directly on your eye ball l automatically went into eye protection mode 😂❤️✌
