t.j.quest Your "manic" self was actually pretty funny. Not funny, in the way you might think I mean, tho. I'm a recovering addict, clean from opiates, 7 years now. I still feel like I've BARELY cracked the recovery egg, too. Sometimes, anyway. Back to manic Rue. There are things in life, that when you really know them, however horrible it is, you learn the ability to laugh at it. I'm not bi-polar, but one of my favorite women in the world is. She could do ANYTHING when she was manic. She could do nothing when depressed. I wished for her manic phases. Selfishly. After weeks in bed, on the same sheets. Leaving her room only to go to the liquor store, and doing it without us ever seeing her leave. She was magic, tho. She was magical. Her mania lasted for months 5-9, as did her depression 2-4. And the inbetweens were scary, too, bc you knew what was coming. I applaud you taking on the subject. It's a truly difficult one to take on as was every single subject Euphoria tackled! @zendaya I'm 40, and a 1000 miles away from your younger fans, but your stories are still relevant to me. They're relevant to everyone because loving each other thru these times is all we can do. Loving. If only everyone could love everyone. What a beautiful world that would be!! @shunterhafer you are to be applauded..why, he'll just bc you're brave enough to be who u really are. That's hard for me some days! Power to this generation. ✊🏼

msmiaview One final show left...I really like the backstory on each character. Is Rue a reliable narrator though? IJS....Zendaya you are really ruling and owning this character...I am a teacher and I taught at an alternative school and so many of the students had some really DARK back stories. Thank you and the writers for revealing the unfortunate reality of teen life for many of our young people. Euphoria is keeping it real. For far too many teens life is not intense happiness. Thank you, Thank you....and the music though....see you tomorrow!!!!
