aceinthesun I just want everyone to know how crappy Free People (UO & Anthropologie) customer service is! 😩😩😩 In March, they sent me the wrong item, that I rushed because I wanted it to go to a casino trip. Not only was it the wrong item, it was a gross, used, soiled, cotton romper. I immediately called customer service, explained this and was told to throw away the item & they’ll refund me. Fast forward to now and they want me to pay $208 for the item that I never got, because I didn’t send back the soiled romper, when I was told to throw it away! 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 I’ve called 5 times and every time it’s the same thing, customer service rep saying that’s gross but not doing anything to fix it! Ugh! And I love their clothes, but I’m so so disappointed, such crappola!!
