Really hoping I receive my order. I just moved recently and I entered my new shipping address, but when I selected my ulta credit card for payment it reverted my shipping address to my billing address, and I placed my order without realizing. Reached out to customer service immediately and was told nothing could be done. So some girl who lives in my old apartment is probably going to enjoy lots of new lipstick. 🙄

Hi ulta, I tried placing an order online and shipping it to an FPO address. Your site says you ship to FPO boxes but the site wouldn’t let me enter the address. I called up one of your customer service reps who was told by his supervisor that you don’t ship outside the contiguous US. that’s kinda hard to believe considering nearly every major US retailer ships to military addresses. Can you help me out?

Hi @ultabeauty i ordered two beautiful lipsticks using the national lipstick day sale (BOGO Free). It was paid right away, extra shipping and tax, everything. I got an email stating the order was canceled without any reasoning why. I have not received any money back or inconvenience compensation. I have been a big time ulta fan, but now I am disappointed.

Hi Ulta, I purchased $25 in Lancome products and the email said I would receive a free lipstick. Ulta in Kendall, Florida insisted on it being a $40 purchase then when I showed the email they said it was an online only deal when the email never indicated that. I’m a very loyal @ultabeauty customer and VERY disappointed.

@ali_delarossi_hair_ceo i hope to, it’s shipping UPS it looks like, I think they give me the option on their app to change the delivery address. It’s just so frustrating because my order wasn’t even processed yet and nothing could be done.

I went and picked up new lips today! However one was on sale on the app and they had the 30% sign up but it didn't ring up on sale. I'm not going to fret about a dollar and change though. Love new lip products and trips to Ulta!
