Starting out this trip I had never really done any free diving. It was always something I thought I couldn’t do because of ear pressure & lack of breath. But after seeing how incredible this cave was, I reallly got the desire to push myself and after learning some basic techniques I was able to go down and stay long than I ever thought I could and quickly figured out that the largest barrier is mental."
