My good friend and a bad ass trainer @SamiClarke and I decided to film a 25 mins Upper Body Workout for you guys!
Very minimal props needed. We just used 5lb dumbbells. The Tricep Dips and Shoulder Taps can be done on the floor!
45 secs ON- 15 secs REST.
Don’t forget to challenge yourself—if 5lbs isn’t enough for you then go higher!
