All we wanted to do was wish you a happy birthday for completing 3 years in India, 3 years for which we've been your dedicated customers. No PR, no sponsorship, just plain old admiration for the brand. To celebrate that relationship, we did a full week of our most favorite products from you. You ask your fans to tag you in their looks/posts/stories etc and we did dm/tag/comment, yet did not receive any form of recognition at all. Not even a thank you for the wishes, nothing. We were not lusting for a collab, we're just genuine customers and huge fans who hoped for a little interaction with a brand we loved. Great to see the treatment received!
