Ingredients:
☄️12 ounce - ground beef / or bison or chicken
☄️1 - egg
☄️1/3 cup - bread crumbs / or crushed cashews
☄️1/2 cup - Parmesan cheese
☄️1 1/2 tbsp - mustard
☄️1 - 1/2 tbsp - hot sauce
☄️1/4 cup - parsley / fine chop
☄️1 tbsp - #flavorgod ghost seasoning
☄️1 tsp - #flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper
☄️1 1/2 tbsp - olive oil
☄️1/2 cup - CARAMELIZED ONIONS

1️⃣Mix all above ingredients together, make sure onions are cooled down
2️⃣Roll into 1 inch balls , makes about
3️⃣Bake in preheated oven at 400* degree Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes.
