lizamariel_bermudez #grocerypickup I WAS impressed with grocery pickup. Placing the order was easy. Picking it up too. Together with groceries I also bought a bed rail. BIG MISTAKE. Bed rail was too big for my toddlers bed. I went to returned it and they wound take it back. Why? Because as per the worst customer service ever and manager Halfmoon, NY @walmart changed their policy. Now if you buy from groceries.com anything other that food you need to call this number 1800-925-6278, they will email you a paper, which you then have to print and go back to @walmart with the item you are going to return for them to be able to refund you. Wait, WHAT? Yes, let me explained it better...You place an order at 6 am, pick it up at 11am all the articles you receive in your car were in the store BUT NOW YOU CAN RETURN IT????? I will never buy anything from #GroceryPickup. Target is down the road and Amazon is a click and 2 days away. Right now I have been waiting 27 min for someone to answer @walmart service line. 😤Terrible!!!!

toryalese00 How do you get them to bring your pickup out in the reusable bags I don’t see this as an option on the site to order and I’ve seen many ladies on Instagram in their stories get their orders bought out in the reusable bags and we have a plastic bag ban and have to pay per paper bag used and I don’t like being charged for something I didn’t want in the first place my store in particular said I have to bring my own bags and transfer them myself which isn’t a time saving convince of being able to just pull up and pick up if I have to rebag everything and be charged for bags I’m not even taking home how are they able to do this and I’m not or is there something I’m not doing right?
