‘I have repeatedly called your customer care number to speak to a member of your team but have so far been unsuccessful. My sister recently bought me the Powder Blush Duo and I have had an adverse reaction to the make-up resulting in redness. I am a huge Charlotte Tilbury fan and am surprised at this reaction. As the product has only been used once, I understand that I am able to return it. However, my sister no longer has the receipt. I live in Leicester and we do not have a Charlotte Tilbury. I am in London today and have spoken to Tegan at your Covent Garden branch and she said she is happy to refund/exchange the product with your approval.
Please can you respond ASAP so that I know if I need to visit the Covent Garden store.’ I sent this message to your Customer Service Team on Monday, 22 July, 2019. I followed up yesterday and still have not received a reply. Absolutely appalling customer service. So unhappy given that I’m a huge fan of Charlotte Tilbury and use so many of your products. Absolutely no idea of how to treat your customers when there’s an issue.

@ctilburymakeup I’m having a terrible time with your UK customer services! Ordered myself Viva la Vergara and it arrived snapped. Sent back over 3 weeks ago, have emailed your customer service multiple times, still no replacement/acknowledgement/refund. Shocking service!

Deeply disappointed to have received incorrect items to what I had ordered! I have a wedding on Saturday and had ordered specifically for this! Not the level of service expected from a high end brand.
Is there anyway I can exchange the items in the Belfast store?

I am very upset with your customer service, I’ve emailed twice and tried calling- no one ever answers the phone and I’m advised to send an email. Horrible customer service, I will have to dispute this and I will never purchase your products again!!!
