On the 38th floor of Italian dining K'shiki, we offer a limited-time menu that unravels the food culture of Italy by linking historical persons and food during this period. Enjoy traditional Venetian dishes such as Sautéed Liver of a Calf, Sardine Escabeche, and Black Squid Ink Risotto.
