ek_sauce On June 4th I bought my daughter the mini double heart pendant necklace for her graduation!! She does not wear her jewelry everyday as she plays sports! Wore it a few times and within a month it tarnished! I went to the Natick store to exchange it with the sales slip with all the pretty fixings on July 8 and said I was over the 30 day return so the only thing they can do is clean it FREE of charge! So it took 2 days to clean went back to the Natick store again to pick it up mind u it’s a 30 minute drive! Looks great!! Put it on once to go go to a bridal shower and tarnished again!!! Went back to Natick store again and basically told me the same thing!! I asked to talk to manager and she said the same thing!! She started asking me about wearing it in water, no... perfumes,lotions, sunscreen!!! And then about lighting a lot of candles which all can cause a chemical reaction to the silver!!! I said I paid a lot of money she is an 18 year old girl who likes jewelry and thus was her first piece of Tiffany IT SHOULDNT TARNISH LIKE THIS IN A MONTH AND AFTER ONE CLEANING!!!! So basically I got no where other than another clean!! Oh and they can ship it to my house FREE so I don’t have to travel back again for the 4th time!!! I will never buy Tiffany jewelry again!! They don’t back up there product!! Just wanted to share my story!!! #angrycustomer
