I’m seriously so annoyed at all the people on here complaining about non dairy milk being extra...This post is about Starbucks reaching a pretty amazing goal..As a spouse I appreciate a company who is setting goals like this...I don’t want a discount and I sure as heck understand that when you want an almond milk substituted its going to cost extra because almond is double the price of reg milk...I legit went to Starbucks the other day even though I had my own coffee from home just to give them business because of some crap service I had at Sams club.Starbucks is the only good customer service with extremely friendly employees that I consistently encounter in all the states we have lived in esp currently Fort Benning.I will continue to pay extra for my nut milk and I will continue to support a company who supports military.I would rather have some spouse get a job then me getting a 10% discount.I would rather pay extra for almond milk to help a company hire a vet so that person doesn’t become another homeless vet.

I love Starbucks but today I had a very bad experience. I went through the drive thru and told the cashier specifically I wanted to only use my rewards for a bakery item (50 stars) and it seemed he did not know how to do that and kept asking me “so you want to only use rewards for your bread” and I said yes and explained to him again, I did not want to use my rewards for my drink, only my bakery item as I’ve been saving my stars for the 500 star item he said okay, and scanned my app. Later as I checked he had used my rewards to pay for the entire order I was very upset and went inside the store and told them what happened, and the said “well we can’t put stars back in your account sorry” and that’s it they said it in a very rude manner and I left very upset but they did not seem to care. If the cashiers don’t know how to use rewards on certain items maybe they shouldn’t be working cashier🤬😤

I’m a Starbucks Gold Member and my 3 locations near my work, never have the ingredients from my drink! Also their mobile app has a glitch where every time I edit it to say 2 pumps of sauce, the stick doesn’t specify how many so they always put extra instead of half, like I meant, have the time I can’t even drink it because of that. I’m someone who’s diabetic so if I didn’t notice this, I’d just be consuming 3 times the sugar I meant to daily which can seriously affect my health. I’ve even emailed about a week ago and no one has responded. I really hope they do something about this

Investing can be made easy, if only you invest with the right person. The question is 'who is the right person? @Celinebrad56 is the right one ,I did invest with her a week ago and for the first time I got a good return.I was doubtful at first but she proved me wrong with a good result. Why not try her today and give your own testimony.

@starbucks a disabled woman in a wheelchair spilled hot coffee on herself in one of your stores & your staff refused to even give her napkins or clean up the mess that wasn't even physically on her, leaving her crying in the puddle of coffee in her chair unable to tend to her burns. Please acknowledge & do something about this.

@robert_taylors_mommy you know its not like that CEO running the account right? They probably have automatic responses or secretaries who don't exactly know how to reply to a problem that doesn't happen in an area they can get to and help. That's why they suggested Customer Service. :) Also, sorry for what happened to you!
