Gestern vor 17 Jahren, am 21. Juli 2002, holt sich Michael mit seinem Sieg beim Grossen Preis von Frankreich seinen 5. WM-Titel in der Formel 1 und egalisiert damit den scheinbar ewigen Rekord des Argentiniers Juan-Manuel Fangio. Michael war als Zweiter ins Rennen gestartet und sicherte sich den WM-Erfolg im 11. Yesterday, 17 years ago, on 21 July 2002, Michael won his 5th world championship title in Formula 1 with his victory at the French Grand Prix, thus equalising the seemingly eternal record of the Argentinian Juan-Manuel Fangio. Michael started the race in second place and secured the World Championship victory in the 11th race of the season.
