dernali7489 Customer service at Nespresso is unbelievably poor. I bought a Nespresso Lattismo Pro. After spending a lot of money - the machine is not here. The customer service rep told me the “order had been replaced & a new order processed” I NEVER called Nespresso to change my order. After I said this he said - there was an error with shipping. I was NOT notified & I am not sure where Nespresso is sending this order. I asked to talk to a manager and the customer rep argued with me saying he was giving me the best information available. I am ANGRY. I paid a lot of money. This is BAD start with Nespresso. I have a sour taste in my mouth already. How does a company run a successful business treating customers this way?

tabtahamtan I need a new nespresso manchine. Came in to the Sherway Gardens Store a month ago to get pods and book time to come in the following day to look at machine options. Well, the store staff called my child annoying to another staff member while he was crying. The store manager also didn’t seem to care after I spoke to him. Ten years of a true nespresso fan went down the drain that very moment. Both my husband and I will make a switch to another brand. Too bad. Service use to be great across all nespresso locations in Toronto and in the last few year it’s gone down hill. Ciao!

burakan This is my 2nd time to complain about Nespresso Agent in Bahrain for their bad customer service.. it’s been months trying to call them to get my Nespresso machine for some issues and to do the regular service done and no one is answering the phone.. This is really bad and affecting the customer experience

hopestravelling What's really frustrating is you guys use the worst delivery company on the planet. Clearly what happened to me isn't unusual with TOLL if you look at their reviews. "Attempted to deliver" when CCTV shows no one even came to the house.
