I spend a lot of time criticizing myself but Timmy took this picture and I liked the way I looked. It reminded me not to be so hard on myself. Everyone take note of the negative things you tell yourself and try to put those away for the weekend. Enjoy YOU and the beautiful things that make you YOU because there are plenty. Be kind to yourself. We all have to be our own best friends. ❤️

Thanks for being vulnerable and honest about such a sensitive thing to have to go through. You seem to be a beautiful mother and wife. One thing that my dad always told me is that most people never fully feel ready for a child, you just handle life as it comes to you and you figure it out. Don’t feel guilty about your feelings, they are all very valid and they are your feelings and you’re allowed to own them 😘😘😘 Hugs!!!!

bradshaw2005 A good reminder is if you wouldn’t say it out loud to yourself in the mirror then don’t say it. Retrain your brain. Make honest intentional criticisms that you know are positive and helping you grow. It’s just like your friends say you’re beautiful!! #doyouseewhatisee ❤️
