Ingredients:
🍖 2 lbs beef ribs
🍖 2 tbs red wine
🍖 2 tbs ghee butter
🍖 3 oz rainbow carrots
🍖 3 oz celery - 3 oz tomatoes
🍖 3 oz red onions
🍖 6 oz potatoes
🍚 Rice, precooked and served in portions as desired
🌿 FlavorGod Garlic Herb Salt, as desired
🍃 FlavorGod Italian Zest, as desired
🍖 2 quarts, Beef broth, more if needed or add water to cover ingredients

Directions:
1. Season ribs liberally with Garlic Herb and Salt. Sear ribs in stew pot with ghee butter on medium high heat for 1-2 minutes. Remove ribs and set aside.
2. Lower heat to medium. Add onions and sauté with a sprinkle of Garlic Herb and Salt and Italian Zest seasonings. Add red wine, tomatoes, and stir contents for about 1 minute.
3. Add remaining vegetables and cover ingredients with beef stock.
4. Lower heat to simmer and place lid on pot. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour or until beef ribs are fork tender.
5. Serve ribs, vegetables, and broth over a bowl of steamed rice.
