Who here loves a good challenge? 🙋🏻‍♀️ I DO! Challenging yourself is a good thing and the more you work towards positive change, the greater the reward! I’ll never forget watching my body do its thing for 9 months when I was pregnant with teeny - the real challenge was letting go of control and growing to appreciate my body and all it had to endure before/after pregnancy. I felt this new found purpose to live my life in a way that said no matter how busy/crazy things get, I will not quit on myself. Challenges are uncomfortable for a reason and boy was it hard learning how to work out again and find comfort in discomfort. But something kept me coming back for more. I loved that post-workout feeling I got that made me stronger and more confident. My perspective on working out has changed so much - it started out feeling like a chore and now it’s my daily treat. Staying active has added so much value & energy to my life. I love that you can find JOY in anything you make time for. We aren’t born motivated but we can become motivated when we wake up everyday and make the choice to better ourselves. I continue to share this story with you because i know some of you have been itching to press the go button but are holding back for whatever reason. It’s time to go!
