Caught in a moment during my first day in Almaty for Denis Ten’s Memorial show. “Yesterday” was being played on the piano as we approached and it stopped me— so heartbreakingly beautiful. There are shadows hanging over us here, but this group is ready to celebrate an extraordinary, loving, bright, and impactful life. It’s an honour to be a part of this event. We miss you, @デニス・テン.
