Yes! Another great speed session today. 😂😝🤦‍♀️Believe it or not I actually hold the official British women’s speed record at 9.79 seconds in comp. I’ve worked really hard on my speed climbing. It’s not something I ever thought I’d be doing but its been an incredibly rewarding process and I’ve learnt a lot. Like when you feel terrible and fail on a run, keep going because your next go might be a PB. Like today 😜 woo yeah!

emmaaoutdoors @stephanieerayner glad to know that some days we're at the same level as a British women's speed record holder. Pretty sure this is at Warwick and that's where I was climbing on Saturday!
