I really had very bad experience in emirates airlines i am travelling first time and i was surprised about it , my flight was on 18/07/19 from Amsterdam to Muscat the flight was cancelled because of engine issue and we will take care about it we was in airport in long queue with my kids , we than they told us to wait the bus snd we wait for 1 hour ,reached the hotel at 1AM and they told us the bus will take tomorrow at 3PM from hotel to airport and the flight is at 8 pm we went and the queue was for 2 hours for same process witch we did before with the kids and we all were tired than i asked them do they changed the flight the answer was no its same flight and they are fixing it since morning i asked them is its safe to travel in it the answer was we can't granty 100 % then the flight was delayed to 10.00 PM and it take over at 10.55 PM, we reached dubai airport the staff was calling for other flights to muscat and she was waking very fast to the other gate, when we reached the checking point she was angry and told us i will go and if you are late the flight will go ,i reached to the counter told them we are not responsible for this we jest arrived and we are human we can't be like machine and they have options of airport taxi why they don't they provide this service and the gates are far and we have long fight of 6 hours and with children we are not responsible about any delay from our saide, the flight was cancelled 2 day off my work was gone and my sister wading function i can't reache ,and our live was in risk because off the fight issue i am really despondent from big company airline Emirates airlines and there services and I will nor recommend any one to take risk 👎 i send email to complain department but no response. After more than one year of complaints by e-mail and many phone calls, Emirates finally after approximately a year sent a message that will not pay for the damage caused by their carelessness and baggage handlers. Now they state I filed the claim later than seven days under the “Montreal Convention”. My first complaint was on 3rd January at the airport, just after our flight landed. The Emirates employee told me that I would have to file my complaint by phone. The phone number given me was only good for the periods the daily flight lands and takes. I tried many many times, more than 20 times for sure, to no avail for more than 2 weeks.

Dear @emirates affiliations with @travel2be is damaging to your reputation. There is a whole lot of bad reviews about them. Please disassociate yourselves with them. Do not accept bookings from them. They would ruin your good reputation ?
