Update: lost 30lbs after gaining almost 50lbs on Lexapro... I’m still on my perscription because it is helping my anxiety & panic. It feels so good to be working through all this bullshit PTSD. Ps I’m also starting to feel sexy & confident again.

evanhilton93 @brandoncolbein I can vouch for EMDR as well, its the treatment I opted for with my PTSD. I liked it better than CBT.

c0rporatehippie I was on lexapro in 2016 and it made me gain too :( I gained about 30lbs but I lost almost 20lbs. 10 more to go!!
