They are fed pellets of fish meal, fish oil, and soybeans via pneumatic tubes from the barge (at left). jacqueline.bonelli Part of me is sad to see that fish farms are spreading out, since crowded spaces breed parasites, etc. Another part of me reflects on overpopulation, and on how few food sources we have, especially protein.

emipos Shouldn’t they swim up river? Aren’t we disrupting how they survive on earth? What will happen when they forget to live in the wild? Will they go extinct?
