I started boxing again today for the first time in over a year!! I was pretty scared to do my first session as I’ve been slightly useless at going to the gym recently, and i remember how exhausting it was! 😳 Admittedly it was a tough session, but you’ve got to start somewhere, right? For me, it’s pretending I’m Anthony Joshua (can’t you tell 🤪), but I also did some exercises which can be done at home or whenever you find a spare 10/15 mins, which i thought might be helpful to share? mark67mdt Impressive stuff but your punching technique is not quite right you need to snap those punches, not sure also if you are hitting the pads correctly and keep your guard up, your kicks are good you can stretch your legs better than me, you need to work and speed and power which will come with time
