1989_dean @p1nkn1ghtmare no one is saying race is an issue! I haven’t heard one bad word about this actress or anything discriminating towards her. Just that she isn’t suited for the role. Reason being because ariel is a natural red headed mermaid and as human a natural red headed woman. Kids may get upset over this or angry at the fact that Halle doesn’t look anything like their beloved Ariel. So why did Disney have to change her race? To cause a atmosphere? Complications? Because if ariel was black mermaid/human to begin with and Disney changed her race to white...the matter of the issue would be tragic! I think this is where people are coming from....it starting to become discrimination towards white people. Because maybe now people think can a natural red head pale woman not play the role. Everyone will have didn’t view points. Seeing my niece and her friends face and it saddens them that they didn’t see a real resemblance to the character they a dotted on and love. This what can cause complications in kids while growing up! Disney should make new material and stick to originals. The new materials can add different ethnicities where nothing can get changed and kids can love their characters the way that they are....personally I think they shouldn’t have change it either we have a lot of diversity going on which is brilliant and fantastic....but for a classic keep it as a classic ??

lpbeee3 @holly_rowlands_ there is no cultural value or background in ariels story, you’re pressed about a FISH!! a damm fish changing it’s race and you look silly. don’t even attempt to compare it to mulan or tiana because they have culture in their stories. you could even say the same with elsa, elsa’s story comes from early norwegian culture, so it’d be wrong to change that, but ARIEL IS A FISHHHHH!! why are y’all so upsettttt?!

avika_r_26 @scubaman05 No you're wrong, mulan is not at all similar to asian people. She's just a typical Chinese princess who belongs to east Asia. East Asian People are very much different from other parts of Asia. And who cares about mulan when they've taken a Chinese American girl!! For now ariel is the subject.

slightlydisappointing_snek ITS GREAT I LOVE THIS RIDE :) though I have can point out some minor problems overall I love the interactive part of the ride and how easy it is for someone to follow along with the controls it’s such an amazing and unique experience :) 10/10

1989_dean @p1nkn1ghtmare I don’t know if it’s a good or bad thing....kids know her as they know her...it’s like a stranger now playing her. Need to see it from kids eyes and take away race and politics views ??
